Conversations on WhatsApp
The WhatsApp inquiry popup uses your name, email, phone number, selected jewelry and optional message to prepare a WhatsApp draft. These popup details are not saved to this site’s inquiry database or browser storage. You choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp; handling within WhatsApp follows that service’s privacy practices.
Your saved selections
Your inquiry bag and saved jewelry are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can remove them on the site or clear your browser data. An administrator session uses an essential sign-in cookie.
Inquiry records
Submitted inquiry details are stored in our service database and accessible to authorized administrators for quotation follow-up. The reference and email lookup returns inquiry status, selected products and a prepared quote; it does not display internal notes.
Questions about your data
To request a correction or deletion, contact sale@szrcyd.com. Include the inquiry reference so we can locate the record and verify the request. Do not include sensitive identity documents in the inquiry form.
